I provide weekly 60min individual sessions for individual who are teens, young adults, or adults. I specialize in Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, or Identity related transitions. I am in network for Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross (BCBS for out of state plans), and Cigna. I offer superbills for PPO insurance coverage. I have in person sessions downtown Carlsbad Village or Telehealth options.

I have 4 years of leadership experience working in facility level treatment providing individual and group clinical supervision to a team of associate therapists. I provide eating disorder specialized consultation or weekly supervision for associate level therapists. Contact me for more information on these services.
