I am a licensed psychologist in Carlsbad, California, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and identity. I work with adolescents, college students, and adults who are struggling with concerns such as restrictive eating, binge eating, body image distress, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, panic, chronic worry, and life transitions or identity work. I provide weekly 60 minute individual sessions.

I do take some insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna. If you have a PPO plan I provide superbills monthly for out of network reimbursement. Private pat is $200 per session.

I provide treatment for a range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and disordered eating patterns. I also support clients who may not meet full diagnostic criteria but are struggling with food, weight, or body image concerns.

Treatment is tailored to each individual, but I often use evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Inferential Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for anxiety. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) depending on your needs.
